General Tea Questions

What makes Forest Brews different from other tea brands?

Forest Brews doesn’t chase trends or artificial flavors. We work directly with estates in Assam and the Nilgiris, pack within 24 hours, and deliver honest tea with no middlemen, no compromises.

No. Our teas are made with natural ingredients — fresh leaves, whole spices, nothing more. Just the kind of tea your grandmother would approve of.

All our teas are vacuum-sealed within 24 hours of blending or packing. This locks in aroma and flavor and protects against moisture or air exposure during storage.

Our teas stay fresh for 6 to 12 months when unopened. After opening, we recommend storing in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture.

Most of our teas contain caffeine since they’re made from black or green tea. However, we do offer a few naturally caffeine-free herbal options — check the product label for details.

Brewing & Usage

How should I brew your teas for the best flavor?

Use fresh, filtered water and adjust steeping time to your taste. For black teas like Masala Chai, a strong simmer with milk works great. For green or herbal teas, stick to hot (not boiling) water and short steep times.

Roughly one teaspoon (around 2g) per 150ml cup. You can adjust this depending on whether you prefer a strong or light brew.

Absolutely. While some blends like our Masala Chai shine with milk, many of our teas can be enjoyed black as well. Just steep a little lighter for a smoother cup.

Yes. Each pack has specific instructions for steep time, water temperature, and suggestions for milk/sweetener use.

How should I store the tea after opening?

Keep the tea in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to light, moisture, or strong odors.

Yes. Most of our retail packs come with a zip-lock seal for easy resealing and freshness preservation.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery within India typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery status anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are securely processed.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Due to the consumable nature of tea, we typically do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. But don’t worry — we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue.

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you. Just get in touch with our support team within 5 days of delivery.

Product & Ingredients Specific

How strong is the tea? Will it work with milk?

Our black teas, especially blends like Masala Chai, are bold and robust — perfect for milk-based brews. Herbal and green teas are more delicate and are best enjoyed without milk.

Yes. Our teas are made with clean, natural ingredients and safe for regular consumption. Just be mindful of caffeine intake if you’re sensitive to it.
